You may want to try to remove the sill plates -- should be just a few screws. That may allow you to lift the carpet on the door side enough to help it dry.

Thanks everyone. I just wanted to update you -

This was really very annoying. I had to go there a few times. What really happened was back side drain pipe was completely detached from the drain itself. It's fixed now.
