Default Battery life (smart key & 12 volt auxilary)

Couple questions re: battery

1. The smart key fob uses a CR1632 type battery. Any idea how long does it last?
2. The 12 volt auxilary battery in the trunk (provides the power for lights, AC, etc.) - where does it get the charge from? Is it part of the regenerative charging process?

Any idea?

#1 depends on useage. #2 is charged via the DC-DC converter so mostly from the traction battery.
