Sorry, I was not clear, he has them in stock, but was pretty nasty about it when I asked if they were available. He said that he had them but there was still a no sell order from Toyota. So they are there, but he said that no one in the nation is allowed to sell them still. Fine, at this point, I will just go to weathertech. How hard is it to come up with useable floor mats? Time to go to plan B.....

Ask to speak with the service manager or dealership owner. Alternatively, find another dealer, there are quite a few of them out there.
