If they're going to throw away those "evil killer" mats, I'd be first in line!

Perhaps I should ask the deal which day they're going in the dumpster!

Still no word from my dealer.
The mats are the lowest tech part of the car, I wonder how long it takes to redesign them?

That died when they voted for The National Moron.

We just gave up on the factory mats, made the dealer give us new carpeted ones for the trouble (the old ones were ruined after this much time) and ordered up a set from WeatherTech. Even better, they have a "silver" that matches my light grey interior.

I also ordered the trunk mat at the same time. Once they were in, I liked them well enough to order a set for the wifes Honda...

Anyone with any further information on the Toyota all weather mats availability? Called the dealer today, they said there is still a stop sale on them from Toyota.

I bought mine 2 months ago from the dealer's parts dept and the guy said it's new and not the recalled ones.

My local parts guy is obviously confused. He says that the redesigned ones are absolutely not available.

If that means none in inventory and backlogged, maybe.
If that means not being sold, he is incorrect.
