Anyone tried Optima Yellow Top 51r as 12v replacement?

Anyone tried Optima Yellow Top 51r as 12v replacement?
I was wondering if anyone tried the 51r as a replacemebt battery. It looks to be about the same height just not as deep. On the plus side it appeares to have a port the vent hose can connect to.
I almost got one (exchange red top for yellow top 35 but they didnt have yellow in stock), but didnt for other reasons. It looks like it might be a viable option. Seems some have used it in honda civic hybrids.
