I noticed when I bought my TCH that there was a mark on the top of the door panel right where your elbow rests. I wasn't concerned about it because I used to get a mark there on my old Camry. Typically a bit of Fantastic spray cleaner removed it no problem. Yesterday I noticed that this one is more than that. Obviously made by the previous owners elbow, but it looks like the dye on the panel is breached.

That all being said, can the top piece be redyed or just that piece be replaced? It's one of those things that most people may or may not notice, I'm debating on what if anything to do with it.

Ask around the trim shops in your area and find out who does the trim repairs on used cars for the dealers. They should have a dye that will match your Toyota and be able to re-dye that piece.

 

That was a thought that I had too, I may look into that.
