The alarm goes off when near the car but don't disarm system

The alarm goes off when standing near the car !!!!
My TCH '07 alarm goes off when I'm standing near the car and the alarm is still activated. If I approach the car (within the FOB zone) and don't de-activate it immediately it goes off.
Is there a way to disable that?
