Default 2008 Camry Hybrid passenger airbag and seat-belt light

For some reason my passenger seatbelt light turns on and beeps when no one is sitting in the seat. When you plug the seatbelt in it does go of but when someone sits in the passenger seat the airbag off light doesn't turn off.

What would all of this be? I looked at the airbag fuse in the instrument panel box and it's fine.

Light should be ON when someone sits in pass seat. If you have moderately heavy object on the seat, sensors will disable air bag and light will show "pass airbag off". In tight corners same object may cause additional pressure onto the seat, so sensors will trip chime.
But with nothing on it? Either sticky sensor or seat belt latch sensor.
