Say it ain't so, Bar10dah!!

Well, most of us can only have so many toys (cars, bikes, etc.) so I hope your plane purchase works out! You seem like the type of person I wouldn't have a problem buying a car from - a fanatic about all aspects of care and maintenance! Good luck and I'll let a few of my buddies know about your car.

 

Yeah, it's "so." But, I'm having a hard time pulling the trigger on this one. I really hate to lose such a great car. I'm still trying to figure out how to have both, but the checkbook is saying it's one or the other. Currently, my commute is less than 5 miles, so I just need a beater to get back and forth from work. I've been checking out some $3000 to $5000 Civics on autotrader.com. Those would work out great for me. Oh, and now that my commute is so short, I find it amusing that I go over 6 weeks before fill-ups now. My FE has taken a hit, though. I've gone from a steady 27-29 MPG from my old commute to 24-25 MPG on my new one. I'm at 100% city driving now with tons of red lights and heavy Las Vegas traffic. I really need to take my HAH on an all highway roadtrip sometime soon.
