I guess 20 mph isn't too far off. I thought it would be slower.
However, if one does the calculation of the velocity of something dropped
from the height of 6 feet, approximately the distance that the head of a taller
rider is from the pavement, the result is 13.337 mph, suprising close to that
14mph Helmet standard.
