great news since heating oil and natural gas prices are so high (low supply? I'm not so sure about that one)

I think I might have hear a rumor there were a couple storms in the gulf in the summer/fall that might have, just possibly, had an effect on our natural gas production. Don't quote me on it though, it might all be black helicopters and conspiracy theories.
