I had mentioned a low level noise from the plastic handle just above the drivers door. This happens when I drive the 1.8 miles on the tar/gravel road to our house from the highway. Our '07 TCH was about a month old when I first heard the noise. I pulled the handle down partially and the noise stopped. This happened only the two times and never heard it after that.

Today a new noise appeared. I moved my head around in the drivers seat and rather quickly found this one. I pulled out the sun visor only to expose the mount into the roof. The noise was still there. I touched the small plastic cover of the sun visor support and it stopped. I drove the other mile to the highway on this rather rough road and the noise never came back.

If I can find the source I can usually stop the sound one way or the other. The ultimate is to replace the noise source. I have read in the forums that some may have had a noisy air vent outlet. They replace it and that usually fixes the problem.
