One of the first things we did in our Altima Hybrid was a trip to Vermont for Easter. It never got warmer then 29 F. degrees and snowed the whole time. The traction control, ant-lock breaks and stability control seemed to work fine and I don't remember slipping once. The warm-up took longer. It took almost 10 minutes after each time we turned off the engine to function normally. The heater works with the same system as the air conditioner. I averaged 35 MPG for the whole trip, but only experienced the cold for a small part of it.
