In a prvious post above I wrote that the NAH service manual indicated that the connection for the DRL relay didn't seem to be included in the US version. I looked at this some more and it appears that the manual is not correct. I would suspect that the service manual shows the relay location for the non-hybrid - $200 for a manual that can't be trusted.
I think the relay socket is located in the large fuse/relay box on the left side of the engine compartment. The problem is that it's located under a mass of wires/connections that would give me pause to disconnect in order to access. There appears to be a "dummy" relay in the socket of the US version that is needed, I guess, to complete the circuit(s) so the normal headlights will work.
