I'm wiring up OEM fogs, and I currently was planning on tapping into the low beams or parking lights. BUT, I found this:

Could you folks check your fuse boxes to see if pins 86/87 are bridged? If they are, I'm going to try to order a canadian wiring harness or, alternatively, see if I can just wire it up with some wiring and relays from those two points.
