Default 2007 Nav System Radio - Jumping Stations

Recently our 07 NAH with Nav system radio has been changing stations intermittently. It is not changing to a preset, just to a different frequency. In the old days I'd assume a loose wiring connection, but those don't exist in tuners today.

Any one else have this problem? Any suggestions on what is causing it?

I did have that problem on my 08 NAH one day. I ended up doing a reset of the unit's subscription from the XM website, and the problem hasn't returned.

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I don't have an XM subscription so I don't think I can do that.

Any other ideas?

I can't make it happen. It's my wife's car and she seems to think it happens when she goes over a bump. It has happened when I drive the car, but on every bump.

This will be a problem for the techs, which is why I posted this notice here to see if it was a common problem or one that we will just have to demand that they change out the system based on our own reporting.

Thanks for your suggestion.

try to replicate it yourself and take a video of it happening. this way there is proof that it is happening so when you take it in, they can see what's happening. (I did this when my nav got all funky).

Regardless, I think you should still take it to the dealer while it's still under warranty so it's at least in their records.
