So far no Honda hybrid owners have had to pay for the hybrid batteries, Honda claims. Maybe not quite true, but it seems like Honda usually absorbs at least some of the cost.

Oh I know...they did what was discussed in another tread and hooked up a Tesla coil to the battery to shock all the SUV drivers, causing damage to the battery
