Hi-
My wife and I bought our Highlander Hybrid about a month ago, and we're loving it. Love this site too. Looking forward to interacting with you all.

Hi Slithy,

How's the weather out there right now? My fiancee and I have dreams of transplanting our lives from SoCal to Colorado (<sigh> some day), and I'd love to know how your HiHy does in the weather.

We only had a chance to drive in the snow once since we got the HH, but it performed nicely. Driving it on back streets with slick packed snow, it would only slide if I tried really hard . I have also definitely noticed a big mileage hit with cold weather. Denver actually doesn't get that much snow, contrary to popular belief - usually 3-4 decent storms per winter, with <6" on average. It does get cold though, with a winter average in the mid-40s. I'm a SoCal transplant myself - come on over!
