Honda hybrid named UK’s cleanest car
Honda’s innovative Civic IMA has been named as the cleanest car on Britain’s roads this week, in the Environmental Transport Association’s annual assessment. The IMA, which uses a groundbreaking energy saving system, rates highly on both miles per gallon and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. Second on the list is Toyota’s Prius, another hybrid. Non-hybrids that appear in the ‘best’ list include Vauxhall’s Corsa 1.3CDTi, which uses a new generation diesel engine.
