Commuting Math
I commute 30 miles each day in my Honda Insight (round-trip).
At 65.5 mpg (lifetime average), I use .458 gallons of gas. At $2.75 per gallon, that's $1.26.
When I walk to the office from the parking lot I stop at Caribou for a cup of coffee. That costs $1.50.
If gas prices keep going up, I think I'll have to give up my cup of coffee.
