Default what is it like to drive the HCH without the IMA? Part 3 Better news

The Honda case manager decided to give me a 75% discount on the battery. The service manager at the dealership called me to set up an appointment. A big difference from the lackluster customer service I received on my last visit.

So, on Friday I take the car in to get the work done. They even agreed to my request for a loaner so I don't have to sit at the dealership for 2.5 hours while they do the work. I don't have the exact figures yet for the cost but it should run around $1200--oddly enough just about the amount of my refund from the IRS.
