I would like to see two changes:

1. Let the engine shut off just after the car comes to a complete stop (like the Prius) rather than while it is still rolling slowly.

2. More powerful electric motors so that you can sustain constant speeds between 25 & 40 mph for as long as the batteries would allow (I guess a larger battery would also be useful to power the larger motors). In my opinion, this would really boost fuel economy. Perhaps Honda decided to intentionally keep them smaller at this time to allow for higher FE in future models. It probably would have been easy and not much more expensive to use larger motors

I agree with many of the comments above. Another apparent one would be a moonroof. I know it is not practical for FE. But, this is the first car I have that doesn't have one and didn't know I would miss it so much. I saw a GG hybrid the other day on my commute to work and it had a moonroof in it. It was new and didn't have plates yet. I thought it was a 2007, but those are not out yet. It was a custom job. I asked the guy as we were sitting in traffic.

I believe it has something to do with the "clean" emission states... those that require lower emissions than the others.

You are not the first to mention a moonroof as a desired feature on the HCH. It always cracks me up when I see this request because I have had a moonroof on my last 5 cars and in total I don't think I ever opened it more than 2-3 times in total. Different strokes for different folks I guess

A plug-in hybrid with a pure-EV range of at least 30 miles.

I'd like a switch or dial for the driver to control how much battery vs ICE it uses. Beyond that, bluetooth would be nice.
