But that's all... I actually have never seen it in person....

 

Red is the night color that has the least effect on night vision I think. At least that's why I thought combat lighting in military movies is normally red.

 

I know Audi uses Red in their cars. But the lighting in their cars are subtle (like behind the analog gauges, etc) the Civic Si uses red with a large speedo display. I would have to see it in person to determine if I could drive with it. (Of course you can just dim the light lower from the dash control)

 

I like it but I wish the refresh rate was higher. It shouldn't be skipping 2 or 3 miles per hour as I accelerate.

It's the tiniest of complaints, but it would be cooler if it did update more realtime.
