Of course it depends how clean you are.
Also if you live in Arizona with little snow or rain any interior will stay cleaner.
If you have kids and dogs . ..

i have a 1993 civic with a tan interior. not sure how it compares with the color they use today, but it's still in fine shape, and it's been driven many, many miles. the upholstery has no rips or tears, either.
