Rip off HOV stickers?

If I sell my california HCH am I supposed to take off the 4 HOV stickers?

I would just leave them on unless the next owner asks you to take them off. They will most likely be applying for it as well.

I don't think so. I think the stickers go with the car. If you look at ads for used HCHs on craigslist you'll see that the stickers are a popular selling point.
