hello - i have a 6-in-1 pcmcia card and a 512mb sd media card. when i slide the card into the pcmcia slot on the civic, i can't bring anything up and no songs play. am i doing something wrong? my files are mp3. i think my multipurpose pcmcia card is pretty generic and there is nothing fancy about my panasonic sd card (it might be the the fast version though because i use it in my video camera...)

Can you find an SD-only PCMCIA card at a store and try that?

My CF-only PCMCIA card works fine.

 

I just tried an SD card with a 6-n-1 reader and got the same problem. The manual suggests using CF...perhaps it's a requirement!
