Speaking of bad dealer syndrome, the mechanics left my car very dirty. The floor mats, doors, and door sills have black marks on them. The dealership advertises that they wash your car, but all they do is windex the windshield and mirrors. I am going back today to complain to the manager about that and as well about why they didn't diagnose the upper control arms problem the first time I went there.

Also, Noflash, the SI is excluded. The regular Civics AND the Hybrids are INCLUDED.
