My wonder honda salesman says xm is included in hybird w/nav
I was doing a side by side comparison of the HCH and the Prius on the official Honda web site and it has XM marked as an advantage over the Prius. It's pretty lame if they mean XM ready is really and advantage. One can add satelite radio to any car.
OK, here's the scoop on XM cost and installation.

There is a link for the 4 door installation. I guess the Hybrid would be considered a 4 door. It looks VERY complicated to me, and I am fairly good at wrenching.
My dealer is going to talk to the parts guy and get me the best price he can.
It is supposed to be around $1,000.00, and I can see why based on the installation!!

You are correct on Sirus having month-to-month. I have both services and I swear when I signed up for Sirus I didn't see the month-to-month option.
I still think the XM signal is better.

My dealer wants 880 installed.
Its too much money AND I dont trust them to be tearin up my car the way its described in the installaton guide. Most of the dash and back seats gotta come out for petes sake.
