2007 Honda Civic Hybird
Purchased in Sept. 2007....complained to Honda,Better Bussiness Burea and Illinios Attorney General Offices for 8 months about dissatisfaction with the sterring system constantly locking up and fuel economy not to standard advertized to no avail. Intend to file claim form when they become available.

I'm pretty sure the fuel economy is never exactly as advertised. They devise those numbers is absolutely optimal conditions. In the real world, in never works out quite that well. I've heard that Honda's made good strides in their customer service department after last year, coinciding with the release of the 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid. Have you tried contacting other Honda dealers in your area?
