You can buy a larger format card (4GB) than CD-R (700MB), so it'll hold 5-6 times the number of songs. Of course, you pay a steep price for that 4GB card right now, and CD-R's are cheap.

he means "GB". another advantage, in my opinion, is that it's easier to transfer music to cards since they are plug and play and easier to manage, not to mention, no time is spent "spinning them up" like cds so they play faster without delay.
