interesting situation I was in - I slowed down to about 5mph with autostop engaged and continued to keep my foot on the break but the car started going downhill up to about 18mph and the autostop was still engaged - really neat!

very interesting... i wonder if that 18 mph speed can be higher, and at the same time putting energy back into the pack (regen).

Right. Keeping the car in AS while rolling downhill isn't smart. You're better off letting the engine start and getting some regen down the hill.
