congrats on 60MPG. sounds kindof frustrating with being at the dealer a lot. I hope it all works out.

 

I was told by the dealer that "Fuel consumption does not fall under the Lemmon law". NICE. It's time to involve the Attorney General's office. I didn't spend an extra 5 grand for Hybrid to get the mileage I would have gotten from the standard model. UNBELIEVABLE. Check out my post.

 

put new battery cells in your battery you can have all new cells, or just replace the bad ones. 2,000.00 should do all new cells. or just disconncet connector A from the BCM and drive it like a normal car with no battery assist.

Contact 99MPG.com. They have developed a way to manually control the IMA using a joystick. They also have a charger that will let you convert the Insight into a plug-in hybrid, so you can charge the electric battery.
