Default How to reset 69-4 Honda Civic Permanent code

My 2004 Honda Civic sat for about 3 weeks unused. Then triggered IMS error code P1433 and permanent code 69-4.
I replaced the Hybrid battery, computer and inverter with one from a functional car and reset the ODB codes.
The P1433 went away however I cannot get the 69-4 code to go away even after driving the car 400 miles.
Any help or advise on how to reset the Honda OEM Enhanced 69-4 Permanent IMA system Malfunction code would be appreciated.
I'm using an Innova 3100 code scanner.

Fake code produced by the Innova scanner.

69-4, 69-04, 69-XX - NONE of these variations appear in the Honda service manual.
