How much did you pay for your hybrid civic?

Re: How much did you pay for your hybrid civic?
I love answering this question. I got my 2005 HCH CVT in Manassas, VA for $18,050 in June 2005. With all taxes and fees, it came to a tad under 19k. There were 3 miles on the odometer. I still love my car.

Hey fellow Missourian...I am in St. Louis and couldnt get less than MSRP in St. Louis or KC. Ended up getting $600 under and trade in over KBB in Lawrence, KS, just down the road. Left STL in the morning, had my car by 2 pm, Gates BBQ for dinner and home by bedtime. All in all a great day!

I got my 2006 HCH2 $1000 under MSRP, no extras, no nav, January 3 2006 in Bishop California.
I had to drive from Los Angeles, 300 miles away, to get that price.
My salesman was Keith McCue at Perry Motors - great guy!
I bought my 2004 HCH for $2000 under MSRP April 2004, just before gas prices shot up.

Re: How much did you pay for your hybrid civic?
HCH 2005 I used AAA in order to buy. I paid 500 over invoice on 08/2005. There were only 2 dealerships in all of Southern CA that had the HCH on discount. The lowest I was able to get negotiations prior to AAA was 500 over what I paid (1000 over invoice). After using AAA and all of its buyer protections I'll never haggle over a price without them again.

ENP 83,
They charged me for the accessories & installation. They offered $600 off the package (Car + acc. + installation). I told them if they took another $300 off they had a deal. Doc. fee was $50. 00.

I got my 06 hch II for $23900+tax and license. Magnetic Pearl with Navi. Mudguards and Wheel locks included. I got it in early December. Dealership was located in socal (Temecula) Check this out...I went back 2 weeks later to the same dealer to look at the bass system and noticed that all the hybrids were marked $2000 above msrp. I asked a salesperson why they were marked up because earlier that month my salesperson said they will not be marking them up and he said because they cars are a hot commodity and we know we can get it at this price. I told him funny I bought my 2 weeks ago with navi and magnetic pearl for msrp. He just looked at me and left.

Re: How much did you pay for your hybrid civic?
For my '05 HCH CVT I paid $19,100 last August. No haggling- I walked in with a price from online (through carquotes.com and my credit union) that I knew I was willing to pay, and they accepted the quote as binding. With tax, title, license, fees, plus floormats and a six-disc CD changer, it was twenty one thousand-something. I couldn't break it down any more specifically than that. Well, maybe a bit- the CD player was $580 or so, if I remember right.

When people quote their prices in this thread they SHOULD include anykind of dealer fees they paid, such as a documentation charge, "dealership fee", "title" charges (unless it's a state fee), prep charge, ect (bs charge, additional overcharge, mark up, "rust-proofing")
BTW, wtf is Honda thinking trying to charge $319 for fog lights?
