Horrible Honda Salesman!
The reason joined PriusChat is I'd rather listen to them than a salesman. I hope it's five or so years before I need another car.
This week I upgraded to a newer version of the Sony digital camera I have, but should have done my homework. Assumed the recharger and memory chip was the same as the only one - WRONG. Hobbit, if you are reading this be advised.

When I went to my local Honda dealer to test drive the HCH, she took awhile to show me the features I already knew of. Except the split-folddown rear seat! I let her try to show me that for about 10 minutes...
I bought from another dealer, not just because of that though.

My salesperson was nice, but I spent more time explaining the features to him than the other way around!
By the way, the standard PRNDSL shift pattern on auto transmissions was always defined to me as follows: L=low, S=second, D=drag, N=no-go-nowhere, R=race (backwards), P= positively-no-go-nowhere
