As I was driving my civic made a sound ( a beep ) three days later It has a constant beep ( non stop ) but it has not indication in the panel of anything wrong it has the icon of the air bags but this icon has been lit for more than two weeks I took it to the dealer and they change the seat belts and it resolved the issue but now is the constant beeping sound that does not allowed me to drive it as I have no idea if it is dangerous to me or others please help I am broke and have no money to take it to the dealer

I think you should go back to the dealer and tell them about the beeping sound. They probably just need to reset the computer because of the seat belt replacement they did.
