Actually, in Wa. State, it does.....also 30 days out of service for any reason is enough to trigger the lemon law...I goes like this, 2X for major safety related, 3 times for minor issues that effect the value of the car, 30 days out of service for any reason. My 6 month old car is already at 15 days out of service.
My warranty is also extended by the number of days out of service.
Right now I am pretty angry about this, Love the car but I am concerned, a 6 month old car with 2500 miles should not have already been out of service 15 days.
