Do any of you HCH or HCH2 owners use pulse & glide routinely?

If so, can you comment on these things:

1. Describe specifically HOW you do it
2. Describe WHEN you do it on your commute
3. Describe WHY you do it - how does it help your FE versus using other driving methods

I tend to just use CC (a lot) on my commute but would use P&G if I knew HOW, WHEN and WHY to do it.
