It really makes me wish we can get the Navi option in Canada.

It's amazing that you can't. It's the only reason I decided to get the Civic. I would have had to really consider the Prius if Honda didn't have one and I really didn't want to consider the Prius.

I wonder if there is a way to transform the NonNAVI into an NAVI. Does Honda does this?

You'd be better off trading your car in for the Navi version...

Strangely, up here in Canada, the Prius is about C$5000 more expensive than the HCH2, which is one of the reasons why I didn't even consider the Prius.

At first I thought maybe Honda's navigation system doesn't work in Canada or something, but then I saw that the Accord can get it.

(We also don't have trunk release on our key fob, apparently!)

I bought an HCHII without a Navigation system and then found something for my Sony Clie PDA that includes an in car cradle with GPS and navigation software. It's pretty neat. And I can take it out of my car and put it in our other car or a rental car if I want to.
