At last, I picked up my non-navi silver HCHII on Saturday. (I only waited 6 weeks after ordering)

Test Drive - 36 mpg
Weekend driving - 42 mpg
45 mile drive to work today - 47.9 mpg!!!! WOO-HOO!!!

I can't wait to log my first full tank.

Observations (I know you've all seen this before):
* unbelievable sensitivity of inst. fuel consumption display
* quietness of ride and engine
* I have a feeling I won't be inpressed with the radio reception.
* I have a feeling the front of my lower leg will get sore from being so gentle on the pedal.
* My mileage is going to get sooo much better. I think that if I can get 47.9 on my very first try in my first hybrid - I hope to be over 50 soon!!!
* Auto-stop is so cool
* I like the way a couple of instruments light up when you open the door, but the key-slot on the side of the wheel should also light up.
* I love the "indiglo" -style lighting of the instruments.
