Thanks for that - seems to make good sense. The cost of delivery must be very high to some outlandish dealers, so I guess we all pay an average price to cover that bill.

Yes the price of Shipping to different parts of the USA is spread over every dealer.

"Destination & Handling" is $550.00 Dollars:

Yea... based on the Total 2005 Honda sales (Incl. Acura) at 1,462,472 units... this becomes a $806,009,600.00 logistics effort for all the shipping and handling involved in getting the vehicle to the dealer!
