Thanks for that - seems to make good sense. The cost of delivery must be very high to some outlandish dealers, so I guess we all pay an average price to cover that bill.

Yes the price of Shipping to different parts of the USA is spread over every dealer.

I can tell you that at the Marysville Auto Plant in Ohio, it takes approximately two shifts -- or 16 hours -- to produce a vehicle.
