DMV cashed check 1/17/07
Stickers received 1/19/07!!


PBaker's number was 89,153 and the DMV told him there were less than 1,000 left, so we can assume the cutoff is 90,000 (even though the extension was for 85,000). My number is get this: 089980. Wow, that is close!!

 

Someone Posted On Priuschat.com That There Are Less Than 900 Stickers Left And 1400 Pending.

Is This True??

 

I sent my app on 1/13, of course next two days were holidays!

So my car is used, but had no stickers. How do I find out, if the someone took the stickers off - so I can get replacement stickers?

Because the way it looks now, I wont get the stickers ever.

 

Received them today, 1/20 decal number 8952X

 

I tell you what, if Arnie fails to sign in another batch of decals thats going to be great for resale of Hybrids with them installed.

 

Im figuring anything sent in this month this month will be fine.

(Since the new rule started 1/1/07, it would be unfair to the people who waited to buy the hybrids till now)

It makes sense in my head anyways. (Sees check isnt cashed yet. )

 

Don't be so sure, the state of CA does not care about the purchase date of the vehicle....tons of filers pre 2007 were held over and processed with the new addition of decals in January - first come first served.

My gut feeling is that if you filed later than the second week in January you may be out of luck. But there may be more added dont forget so its not over yet.

I left California for New Mexico so what happens to my old decals? By the way there are no car pool lanes that I know of in New Mexico.
