I was wondering if anyone has had experience with Taylor's Honda. I've got the window track problem and am looking around for someone to do the warranty work. My local dealer has been, let's say, less than adequate in the past (with a non-hybrid). Any input? Thanks.

 

I'm a Bobcat alum, does that count? In all honesty, if the local dealer has been crap, pick the next closest and give them a shot. The worst that can happen is they match the crumminess of the local shop.

 

I'm gonna give them a try. I made an appointment for late next week. Let's hope they are better than the locals.
