71.6 MPG Tank?

Re: 71.6 MPG Tank?
Yes, people here have contacted Honda about the problem which affects only some of the 2006 HCH2s.
We are all waiting for them to issue a service bulletin to upgrade our software.
Not a big deal since is has always been better to calculate your MPG at the pump anyway - but it sure is annoying.

Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: 71.6 MPG Tank?
Well I was right.
That 71.6 MPG tank really was to be true.
I just filled up my tank again and only calculated 52.5 MPG.
That's too BAD to be true.
Now I'm positive that the problem was that the pump for the previous tank was out of adjustment and turned off too early.
That meant I didn't really get the tank full last time.
Oh well, at least those two tanks average out to 62.05 MPG.
Not too bad for a new car during the coldest and wettest time of the year.

Re: 71.6 MPG Tank?
I was about to mention it's almost April since no one mentioned it. I'm dying to go out and add about 2 gallons of gas to someones tank the last week of March.
Good thing you figured out what it was.
