Recently acquired a car for my daughter that has this fuel leak that was part of the warranty extension. The car only has 81k miles on it but it is over 10 years old so I cant get it fixed for free. Has anyone successfully dropped one of these tanks down and repaired it? If its a seam leak where the neck meets the tank it seems like it would be repairable.
