Will these tires fit properly?
T's dad's 2006 HCH2 has some terribly worn tires on it. A friend has offered his barely used tires as replacements. The size of the replacements is 195/60R15 88T. Will these fit properly?

Yes. You will have a speedo error of 3.1% (will read 3.1% high). Your indicated distance traveled will be 3.1% higher than actual. Your reported mileage will be 3.1% higher than actual.

Ordered some Michelin Premier A/S tires today from Costco.
Member special offer was a good deal. $130 off installed price of four.
Checked price against TireRack.com. Nearly the same pricing without the installation.

New tires and a new IMA battery and BCM "battery protection patch" installed this week. Not sure which one killed my MPG but the loss is noticeable. Oh well at least the car is now smooth riding, considerably quieter and has assit again. What's to complain about that? Happy with the car.
