Those are the Ford "chrome clad" wheels, which are kind of a phony wheel IMHO.

They are not a true chrome custom wheel, the chrome part is actually a glued on plastic piece.....

Interesting (new word of the week). So it's like my "chrome" grill, just some shinney plastic piece waiting to crack, chip, or break. Oh I miss the days of Chrome!
