Where are the hypermiling tips?
I've read all about EV-Glide mode on another website (don't recall which one it was now), but I was a bit surprised that there isn't a hypermilling FAQ or WIKI available here for all newbies to read through. I don't consider myself a newbie per se, but I want to make sure I keep up with the latest tips/suggestions. Maybe I just haven't found it yet?
