Even though my Infiniti recommended Premium fuel it was not required according to the owners manual. There was even a sticker inside the door that stated "Premium unleaded recommended". But it the manual, it stated that 87octane was sufficient. I always used regular and never had any problems with pinging or performance.

Exbauer: that is what my wife drives and she loves the CR-V. It's a 2003 with close to 65k miles on it. We are waiting for Honda to come out with a CR-V Hybrid and my salesperson at Honda said he heard they were coming out with one in 2008.

Had an 01 Nissan Maxima SE 5sp. w/120,000 miles. Still ran great and was fun to drive but was tired of shifting in traffic. The advantages of the HCH are endless which made the decision rather easy.

A 1996 Subaru Outback Wagon. I still own it 150K mikes. I was getting around 20 mpg combined. My next car will be a Honda Fit Hybrid or Plug-In Hybrid. I still have my Forester and have had great luck. Love the HCH II.

I didn't have any complaints with the CR-V. The MPG wasn't too bad, but it was in the low 20s. I had a heavy foot and didn't need such a big car. But, with my 60+ miles commute it made sense. I wasn't planning on getting the Civic hybrid, I was just entertaining the idea when I went in the dealer for service. They gave me a really good deal on my trade and I knew they were redesigning the model in 2007. So, I went for it.

1995 Camry, 115k miles. Around 21mpg average. Sorry no picture, it was sorta dinged and the paint was fading bad on the spoiler. Got it from mom in 2000. The last two years I had it was one repair or another every 6-9 months, when the radiator I already replaced once when I first got the car started to leak again I started saving my pennies and filled with water almost every morning for 6 months before trading it in. I drive all in the city, shouldn't have to replace the radiator more than once in such a short time frame!

Okay... I showed the Isuzu Trooper I sold to get the HCHII, but I've found an old shot of me driving my FIRST generation Civic! It was a 1976 Civic which I pieced together from spare parts and a badly damaged ("L" shaped!!!) civic, back in 1979. Let see, that was about a zillion cars ago!
